Archangels Blanket

Did you know that each of the archangels has a symbol (or two!) commonly associated with them? For example, can you imagine Saint Michael without a sword? Additionally, Gabriel is often shown with a trumpet as he announces good news. Furthermore, Raphael is most often shown with a fish, a reference to the book of Tobit in which he uses a fish to bind a demon and heal Tobit's eyes.

Each of these symbols appear throughout the blanket, along with wings of various colors (red for Michael, blue for Gabriel, green for Raphael). You will also see banners of praise and words of glory, since the angels spend eternity singing God's praises.
