Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Shipping

All domestic (United States) orders over $100 ship free. All other countries are subject to shipping charges, though worthy of Agape strives to send packages as cost effectively as possible and will gladly refund the customer shipping charges should an overage charge occur.

Orders containing apparel, blankets, prints, or mugs, which are fulfilled by our production partner, are subject to weight-based shipping fees. Please note that if you order contains items fulfilled directly by worthy of Agape as well as items fulfilled by our production partner, you will receive your order in multiple shipments.

Expected Shipping Dates

While shipping times can vary throughout the year (with times being extended during November due to increased volume), on average items ship as follows after an order is placed:

Blankets: 4-6 business days

Mass Sets (in stock): 1-3 business days

Mass Sets (pre-order): 2-4 weeks

Apparel: 3-6 business days

Mugs: 3-6 business days

Stickers: 1-2 business days

Prints: 3-6 business days

Returns and Exchanges

There are no returns or exchanges on Mass Sets. If the item(s) arrived damaged or are lost, a refund may be given for the value of the damaged items. In the event of damage, the buyer has 14 days after the shipment arrives to notify worthy of Agape of said damage. Damaged item(s) is/are no longer eligible for returns/exchanges/replacements 14 days after the item has arrived.

Returns or exchanges on apparel are subject to approval - please consult the sizing charts BEFORE purchasing. In the event of a return/exchange on apparel, all shipping costs will be the sole responsibility of the buyer (including, but not limited to return shipping to worthy of Agape as well as shipping of the new/exchanged item to the buyer). Apparel items that are returned or exchanged must arrive at worthy of Agape in re-sellable condition or the customer will not be refunded.

Blankets and stickers may be returned or exchanged, provided that the customer pays for shipping the item to worthy of Agape, and that the item is in re-sellable condition upon arrival. Additionally, customer will also be responsible for any additional price differences (shipping costs, current sale price, etc.).

If you've received an incorrect order (meaning that the items you received are not what you ordered), please contact me.

ALL orders will receive a confirmation via e-mail. Orders may only be edited 12 HOURS after being placed (provided that the order is not shipped sooner). After 12 hours has passed, changes to the order will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are not sure if you order has gone through or you haven't received an e-mail confirmation, please e-mail me before placing a second order.

Changes in Address, Moving, Mailing Issues

Please be as accurate as possible when filling out shipping information while completing your purchase. worthy of Agape is not responsible for orders mailed to an inaccurate address - orders will always be shipped to the address provided during checkout. We are not responsible for any late arrivals due to delays in USPS forwarding. In the event that you realize the shipping address you entered is incorrect, contact me as soon as possible. Shipments generally go out as quickly as possible and once the item is in the mail, worthy of Agape is no longer responsible for inaccurately entered shipping information. Any costs incurred to re-ship an item to you due to inaccurate mailing address must be paid before the item(s) will re-ship.

Locations for Mailing International Orders - Terms and Conditions

While we do offer international shipping, customers are responsible for VAT / customs fees as they may apply to your specific country. Should any items be returned to worthy of Agape due to failure to pay the aforementioned fees, the customer shall receive no refund of any kind. The items may be re-shipped, though only after the customer has paid for new shipping fees, as well as any fees incurred during the return shipment.
