Terms and Conditions for worthy of Agape

Returns and Exchanges

There are no returns on saint pegs, keychains/ornaments or Mass Sets. If the item(s) arrived damaged, a refund may be given for the value of the damaged items. In the event of damage, the buyer has 14 days after the shipment arrives to notify worthy of Agape of said damage. Damaged item(s) is/are no longer eligible for returns/exchanges/replacements 14 days after the item has arrived.

There are no returns or exchanges on apparel - please consult the sizing charts BEFORE purchasing.

Blankets may be returned or exchanged, provided that the customer pays for shipping the item to worthy of Agape, and that the item is in re-sellable condition upon arrival. Additionally, customer will also be responsible for any additional price differences (shipping costs, current sale price, etc.).

If you've received an incorrect order (meaning that the items you received are not what you ordered, or if items are missing from your order), please contact me. Customers have 14 days after receipt of a shipment to report problems/missing items. After 14 days, any issues with a purchase are no longer the responsibility of worthy of Agape.

ALL orders will receive a confirmation via e-mail. Orders containing ready to ship items can only be changed within ONE HOUR of the order. All other orders can be edited for 24 hours after the order is placed. After one hour or 24 hours has passed (depending on what your order contains), changes to the order cannot be made or refunded. If you are not sure if you order has gone through or you haven't received an e-mail confirmation, please e-mail me before placing a second order.

Exchanges are offered on peg dolls if the customer pays shipping to return the original item to worthy of Agape, shipping the new item back to you, and any price difference in the exchange (i.e. the peg you bought was $11 and you want to exchange it for a $14 peg, you would pay the additional $3, plus shipping charges). Exchanges are NOT offered for any customized item.

Changes in Address, Moving, Mailing Issues

Please be as accurate as possible when filling out shipping information when completing your purchase. worthy of Agape is not responsible for inaccurately mailed pegs (please contact USPS to have your mail forwarded from one address to another). We are not responsible for any late arrivals due to delays in USPS forwarding. In the event that you realize the shipping address you entered is incorrect, contact me as soon as possible. Shipments generally go out as quickly as possible and once the item is in the mail, worthy of Agape is no longer responsible for inaccurately entered shipping information. Any costs incurred to re-ship an item to you due to inaccurate mailing address must be paid before the item(s) will re-ship.


All domestic (United States) orders over $75 ship free. All other countries are subject to shipping charges, though worthy of Agape strives to send packages as cost effectively as possible and will gladly refund the customer shipping charges should and overage charge occur.

Orders containing apparel, blankets and/or mugs, which are fulfilled by our production partner, may be subject to flat rate shipping fees. Please note that if you order contains items fulfilled directly by worthy of Agape as well as items fulfilled by our production partner, you will receive your order in multiple shipments.

Locations for Mailing/International Orders - Terms and Conditions

While we do offer international shipping, customers are responsible for VAT / customs fees as they may apply to your specific country. Should any items be returned to worthy of Agape due to failure to pay the aforementioned fees, the customer shall receive no refund of any kind. The items may be re-shipped, though only after the customer has paid for new shipping fees.
