Breakfast – Overnight Oats
Raspberry Vanilla OO – straight up delicious.
S’mores OO – a kid favorite
French Toast OO – kid approved!
Snacks
Oatmeal Bites: 4 ingredients and so, so easy to make. No bake! (I use baby oatmeal because it tends to have more vitamins and nutrients my picky eater would otherwise miss!)
Dinners – Crock Pot
Enchilada Pasta (meatless! We make this a lot on Fridays)
Dinners – Instant Pot
Garlic Parmesan Chicken and Rice (ALL TIME FAVORITE)
Shepherd’s Pie (gluten and dairy free!)
Dinners – Baked
Potato Topped Mini Meatloaves (I just spray the muffin tins instead of using the papers)
Mexican Chicken Spaghetti (I use macaroni noodles instead of spaghetti)
Cheeseburger Pie – I make this in a 9” pie plate with 3/4 cup of milk and Bisquick, with 2 eggs. SO good.
