Make My Way Secure

The Ave Maris Stella hymn, in honor of Our Lady, Star of the Sea, features some truly beautiful and moving lyrics. Among those powerful lyrics are a request for Our Lady to "make our way secure". It is this line that inspires this design.

Atop a light teal background are different colors and shapes of waves. Sometimes the waters of our life are calm, other times they are turbulent. Regardless of the size or depth of the waves, Our Lady wants to guide us through them to her Son. Additionally, you will see the Auspice Maria symbol as well as stars and the words "Stella Maris" and "make my way secure". Finally, you will see a series of anchors throughout the design. Inside the banner around these anchors are various lines from the Ave Maris Stella hymn.
